I was not disappointed. I actually had to pull myself away from the computer before I blew an entire paycheck.

Well I received my first item today (a new humidor) and when I opened it up I discovered that it was damaged.

I was soo disappointed. Not so much at CB (they didn't build the damn thing) but at the little china-man who

knew it was jacked up but shipped it out anyway. You see; some of the sealer from the finishing process had leaked down inside the lid causing it to bond the lid to the side of the box. Well guess what happened...it pulled the veneer

off of the darn thing. I sent an email to customer service since they were closed by the time I received my stuff.

I'm so hoping they do me right. It sucks waiting, very impatiently I might add, to get something and when it arrives

it's jacked. thanks for letting me vent, I think I'll go have a stick now and think about something happy.

Customer service will take care of you. You probably should have waited for their answer before coming to vent, but rest assured, they do a good job here.

Board is a little rowdy sometimes, so be prepared. . .

If ya stick around, you can learn some stuff (like they are cigars, not sticks, unless of course your are burning twigs from the yard. . . but those are real dog rockets.)
