Looks like america's attention span has wavered once again to some other topic (look! A Squirrel!) but another video and some witness testimony adds more evidence to the idea that Brown did in fact have his hands up when he was shot.

this video is literally nothing and I don't want to lend it an ounce of credence, but, if you want to use it as evidence of something, the movements the construction worker is imitating is not of a man surrendering but of a man lifting his arms to taunt, as if to say "what are you gonna do?"

that's what he's doing with his arms...

if someone I just wrestled over a gun with came walking towards me doing what that construction worker was doing, I'm shooting...

There is no video of any value that has been released so far. Video of people standing around speculating about stuff is useless.
