Lobster is GOOD!

I was thinking the deep fried, Chinese style lobster rolls...a lot different than the NE ones.

Went to Maine for lobster a couple years ago. Rode the coast from Connecticut to Bar Harbor eating at lobster pounds and the lobster roll places I saw on different tv shows along the way.

Ride was great, learned I like crab and scallops much better.

Where is the "Dude, it's f***ing lobster, either way you can't lose" option.

I'm disappointed.

I love lawbstah. It doesn't matter to me.

Look,,,

I love crabs , shrimp lobster and most every creature in the sea.

That being said,

Lobster Rolls are famous and people love them,,

It's a great hand held food that is ideal for Food Trucks,,,
