All but one bottle made it here safe. USPS wasn't nice to the the package. One of the 47's didn't make it alive.

Never had the Summit or the Bob's. The Leine's is a different story.

Leinenkugel has some history for me. I grew up in Eau Claire WI. Chippewa Falls is the next town north from EC - just on the other side of Hallie on Hwy 53. Lenie's was a small brewery in Chippewa and only had local distribution and only had three brews. Leine's original, Leine's light, and a Leine's Bock, a seasonal beer, which I don't think they make anymore.

My mom hated my dad drinking Leine's because it gave him gas and he could clear a room.

Then in the late 80's when the microbrew trend started taking off, Leinie's was bought out (or sold out) to Miller Brewing. They started distributing in a larger region and then nationally. Now they have a bunch of different lines of brews.

They've come a long way (good or bad) from just a local/regional brew.

Man that's ugly. Also there should have oy been 2 summit and 2 Schlafley should have been I. There.

I'm surprised they delivered it.

Some day I will learn to type on a phone.

I wonder who got the Schlafley and got jipped on the summit. I included the leine because for a bmc product I like it. It's like goose island.

Sorry for the mess and missing the Schlafley. Back to the drawing board.

What do the stamps on the box say?

It actually wasn't that big of a mess. The glass was contained in the bubble wrap and the box soaked up the liquid.





I don't know, didn't really notice them until you pointed it out.. I'll dig the box out of the recycles and take a peek at it tonight if I remember.

Putting Lives in Danger . . .

It's some sort of check box list. They stamped it on the clear packing tape around the label so its all smeared and smudged when it got here and is illegible. The last one on the list had a sharpie mark "X" in the box.

Best I could make out is that it said "[email protected]" I hope they meant you and not me.
