That's pretty awesome.

If you ever saw the way MOST frankfurters are made and what really goes into them, you would never eat them; much less make a "Crown Roast." And, considering the fat and salt content, not to mention the nitrates and other chemicals that manufacturers add to them, it is surprising that Weight Watchers even uses thiem in their recipes.

Could you scan the back of the card and post the recipe please?
