NFL player Darnell Docket posted a creepy photo of one of the president's daughters on Imstagram that the posting was obviously sexual. The girl is only 16.

It's ironic that earlier this week a republican aide had to resign her post over an admonishment over the way the young girls dress.

To paraphrase, she said something along the lines of, dress like your father is president, not like you're going to a sports bar.

Apparently the NFL player likes underage girls who dress like they're going to a sports bar.

Geez.

its wrong but if you are inferring the republican staffer was treated unfairly and holding a NFL thugs Instagram out as a comparison you either expect way too much out of the thugs in the NFL or way too little of republican staffers.

Firing the staffer was correct especially given politics is their primary business.

At least you appear to agree talking about obola's daughters like that is inappropriate.

I'm drawing irony to the two instances & single common denominator.

One tells the girls to dress like young ladies, you know, like miss manners did, along with countless former "finishing schools, but she winds up getting fired.

Soon after the aides dismissal & the dismissal of advice, the young teen girl draws leery attention by a creepy & dirty old man.

The republican aid was out of line and should know better since politics is her business. The stupidity alone is enough to require her resignation.

Docket plays football.

It's a stretch.

Springsteen would finally poop.

Making fun of the presidents daughters has always been a past-time. Woo-wee... Who could ever forget Amy Carter. Someone once said, she was so ugly, she'd make a freight train take a dirt road. And Chelsea Clinton, who is actually the illegitimate child of Webb Hubbell. Man, she is ugly. Just today on the radio on the way to work I heard a story reminiscing how they all were hoping Chelsea would finally blossom like a dog would. I mean, dogwood.

But, making fun of democratic presidents daughters has always been easy. Because they're so damn ugly.

But, the OP wasn't about their looks, but their actions. Just looks to the Bush twins how roundly they were criticized about their social life.

Regardless. I don't care. It won't stop with these two. It's politics. And I don't think the aide should have quit/been fired. I bet the aide is thinking poetic justice regarding the OP.

Poetic justice because of an NFL players Instagram with no repercussion?

Um ok.

Every news person who said something judgemental of the Bush twins apologized I think, wait.......

They (kids) should be off limits to an extent (their public interactions are somewhat approachable, private should stay private).

Poetic justice for the kid, maybe.
The irony angle is more like it.
Double Standards, you name it.

Of course there is a double standard between professional politicians and their staff (also politicians) and professional athletes. There should be. That's a no brainer.

Poetic justice for the kid? That makes no sense.

This isn't even a republican/democrat thing. It's silly. If you feel so strongly you should petition the NFL to do something. The congress staffer was handled appropriately. There are numerous examples of similar results when aides jump the shark and get in front of their boss, a politician, who in turn acts like politicians do and cuts their losses. It's a no brainer.

If you can't see the difference you don't want to.

Or you should send your outrage to the republican congressman. Explain to them that since an NFL thug said something stupid that should provide blanket immunity to them and their staff saying something stupid because they should be held as equals to avoid a double standard. They should reject the resignation and begin working on their touchdown dance for the next time they are in chamber.

I think that was a re-tweet from Docket. And it was about her looks. It was a bootie shot.

Man, TW ... You're putting way too much thought into this. The OP was just a general comment on the irony of the two situations. Not an in depth analysis.

Lol

Imma gonna do a Travis Kelce in my boss' office today and tell her it's ok because an NFL player did it and didn't get fired or reprimanded.

If I get fired or reprimanded I'll just keep screaming "poetic justice" on my way out.
