"Bus Driver" is a (cbid?) colloquialism which means "I need XXX's snail mail address, please."
Derivative of "thrown under the bus" -- someone wants to send cigars to a brother (tossing the recipient under the bus), but doesn't have their address...and thus, needs a bus driver to supply it.
