Smooth & mild are not often used in describing AB's.

American Classic would be a good choice.

Nice smoke. I used to buy them. But, I tired of the constant need to touch up the burn. They still have burn issues are has this been fixed?

Only AB I ever smoked was the plantation blend - haven't thought about buying another after that.

Try the filthy hooligan. Black market blend (spicy) but the candela wrapper smooths it out. It's limited release though so you need to get your paws on it soon.

Interesting, I smoked a few in Djibouti where it was 100% humidity and had no burn issues.

I have a lot of burn issues with the tempus and prensado.

About 4 years or so ago, I stumbled on to the VR1's. I bought a 5-pack here or there. They had some burn issues, but I really liked their flavor profile so I bought some more. I kept buying them for about a year. Eventually, I tired of having to touch them up. Quite often the burn line would be off by as much as about an inch from one side to the other. Almost as if one side of the cigar quit burning.

At first I thought it might me be my humidor. But, they were stored alongside some Fuente's. If the humi would have been off I would have had issues with them. They however, burned perfectly.

I've been hoping they would solve that problem. But, I'm beginning to believe the blend and the bunching order is what causes it.

^ +1 I've given up on them because of the burn issues.

I bought a couple a shpo in Wichita that had a special tempus maduro made for them for an anniversary, and was really disappointed in the burn on those and figured that they may just need a little more time. So im saddened that other lines have the issues.

If you've never had burn issues with an Alec Bradley, you haven't smoked many.
