Heard recently they had the lowest rated customer service in the USA in any industry period.

I have had them as my cable provider a couple times. I think Comcast is the worst (according to reports) and they're trying to buy TWC. Instead of negotiating with me, they let me leave to go to Verizon twice. Not real smart to lose a customer instead of negotiating for the same or lower rate.

Been having problems with them for about a year and a half.

Today the dude decided the problem is the signal was too strong so he lowered it and said it would fix things.

Now my picture sucks but at least my internet doesn't work.

They are slightly better than Conmcast, our old cable provider. Thought about switching to dish or fios to save some money and get better service, but TWC has PAC 12 network (we are UCLA and USC fans) and the LA Dodgers while the others do not, so we'll stick with 'em.

I have Fios right now. No Pac 12 network, but USC or UCLA is normally on one of the channels I do get. Fox sports west.

I have had FIOS for a couple of years now. I have had no complaints....until last week. I suspect they're throttling back on Amazon Prime streaming....and maybe Netflix. Never had problems streaming either until recently.

Cut the cable!

I went with Roku and outside antenna about 15 months ago. Never been happier with my TV choices. And the price = $0.
