I used to tape it every Sunday night. Some of my (still) favorite bands came from listening to those cassettes over and over....King Crimson, Traffic, Chicago with Terry Kath, Marshall Tucker (soon after Tommy Caldwell's accident), Yes...sometime around Roundabout.....man....

Jack - "King Biscuit Time" is a different show than "King Biscuit Flower Hour". KBT is a daily radio blues show that's been around since the 40's, and it's still on the air and producing new shows.

IIRC, the now defunct King Biscuit Flower Hour did take part of it's name in homage to KBT. KBT's name came from it's original sponsor, King Biscuit Flour.
