There used to be a bar in South Dakota that I frequented before the all out SD public smoking ban.They decided to let cigarette smokers continue smoking but banned cigars and pipe tobacco.I really don't know what happened to them...........as of that day I never really gave a schit one way or another about them.
Smoking in public places is smoking regardless of substance...............This will not end well.
