Haven't followed hill dogs take on this but I think at the time the flash point of the crisis was hitting the city was under control of the state and in particular an appointee of the Gov. I do believe the although the city council and/or the mayor made the initial decision to switch over, they had no control at the time the tragic decisions were made by the state (Governors office) which went beyond switching over but to how, why, when and the actions taken when problems were identified. To be honest I'm not following it that close, but that's what I got from superficially looking in to it. This picture is very deceiving I know that much.....

Seeing as city council positions are non-partisan (usually, and I can't find any reference to the flint election being partisan) ... A smart person would first ask how the individual who put those labels on the picture got their information.

I can post a picture of Cruz with "giant wad of snot" label under it. Doesn't necessarily mean it's true.
