After making derogatory comments about Donald Trump she should step down from SCOTUS. Political comments from a member of SCOTUS unacceptable. No matter what her opinion is her behavior is deplorable.

She called him a "faker". Which is technically accurate and properly adjudicated.

Besides, Trumps openly slanders judges based on their race. You think they both should step down?

I think the Supreme Court is not supposed to show political bias. I cannot remember any Supreme Court member being so blatantly biased. Yes there are liberal and conservative members of the court, and I would want a conservative member to step down if they disparaged Hillary Clinton in a similar manner.

I think her comments crossed a line that Scala never crossed. To my understanding he never disparaged a presidential candidate like this.
