Thinking of getting one. Anyone in here have one? Is there a good mount for an ashtray?

You're asking a cigar forum about exercise equipment?

My gym has a few. They're great for getting the blood moving. No real mount for anything, ashtray or otherwise.

In the gym Business 25 years..They work well (if you use them). Most people start and stop in a few months..Join a gym,,get on a bike, treadmill, elliptical behind a hot chick..Works everytime

Not on a hot chick, but a fat chick you just kinda seperate a couple rolls and wedge the cigar in there... it'll hold... might be just a little salty on your next draw but it'll hold...

Finally back on CBid after being offline for a few days, and I see this thread. Just started rowing on a Concept 2 again after listening to "Boys on the Boat" on CD.

Pro: great work out, balances whole body. Especially when you are super one-handed like I am-use my left hand for almost nothing.

Con: pretty expensive ($900) unless a convenient gym has one. Potential to f'up back if you don't learn and use good technique.

Fortunately the base gym .3 miles from my desk has two, and base near the house also has multiple gyms with rowers.
