Google is a marvelous thing. It makes a scholar out of anyone with a click of a button. 😁😁😁.
Use and abuse are two words defining my idea. As to quantity no doubt FDR is supreme . He and Truman faced trials that few Presidents ever did. It is the other defining word that gives me pause for thought "abuse'. The last number of years Presidents appear to have been using this power in an attempt to circumvent Congress walking a tight rope as to what is and is not permissible. This is where I become most uncomfortable.
My statement is born through a number of articles I have read . Yes I will admit I should do a more exhaustive research on the topic as general reading does not qualify me as an expert either. One thing I keep in mind is the dude abides..😁😁😁😁

At least we agree that executive orders should be watched carefully to assure the balance of power remains just that.
