Wait for the next one. The Dems will wish they where getting another Gorsuch, and they have no one to blame but themselves. I saw several polls that showed that the majority of Dem voters, did not want their reps in the Senate to filibuster Gorsuch. Now that the Dems did not listen to their own voters, and forced the Reps to go nuclear, Trump could next time nominate the most radical right winger on the planet, who otherwise would not have stood a chance, and the Dems will be powerless to stop him. Of course assuming that this would happen before the beginning of '09, and/or the Reps keep their majority after the '08 elections.

I think we'll see the left try to pull a "Weekend at Bernies" and drag a dead SCJ back and forth from chambers, to avoid a conservative super majority on the court...
