JJ - These are the pictures you asked for a while ago. I made all of the shelves and the singles hold about 125 each.

Thanks!! I love'm and it's nice to know that I did all the work on them as well. As soon as I get a garage I'm gonna try and do an armoire conversion, which will be just a tad more difficult!! 😉

I forgot to mention that the trays slide out as well for easier access.

Are those Spanish Cedar shelves?
Any plasticy aroma from the cooler?

Spanish cedar I had pre-split into 1/4" boards. I cut them to plan and then used non-toxic wood glue to make the shelves.

No plastic odor at all!!

what do you use as a humidifaction device?

For those of you that have written about humidifiers and been sent info by one of us or the other about home made devices ...

This is an outstanding example of a home made device ...

See the LARGE tupperware dish with the LARGE holes drilled in the lid that's hanging rather prominently on the inside of the door ??

Question though..

Seems like your humidifier would drip being hung like that.. As we know, you are not supposed to "soak" the foam but in my experience a horizontal position would more effectively distribute the concentration of the
solution. Not a slam , just an observation.

It's only dripped when I've over filled it. I hung it that way in order to equally humidify the singles as well as the boxes below. Better vertical humidity release, I don't know whether it matters or not, but now I just remember not to overfill it.
