I've had some good times this year. A couple of days and then back on a plane toward the land of tomorrow.

Today, Thursday, we went up to visit my friend's land, where he will retire in a few years. And we had lunch and cigars at the club house. Saw a road runner cross the street on the way out and a praying mantis on the sidewalk over by the office.

Tomorrow we go to a gun range to punch holes in some paper. Next day I drive over and stay at a hotel near the airport and then fly out Sunday morning.

Of course, we were in a Ford F350 Super Duty Platinum truck and it sounds like a tank. ;-)
