So David emails me and says he remembers reading that I like the Old Henrys, and sends me a link to a nice sale.
I replied that I am not ready to buy a box, but if he sends me a few, and adds a few hitch hikers to even out the fiver, I would send him a nice fiver in return. I stressed that he should NOT go crazy, and just send 5 cigars.
Here is how THAT turned out . . .

I met DPNewell @ the "final" SMOKESTOCK AT RAM's HUT
YEARS AGO....
WE sat out in the driveway near the open garage door.
It was a good time and he turned me on to the entire
La Palina's line....
I consequently bought the H3ll out of those for about 4-5
Years for any and all vitolas...never had a bad one....
Prolly 20-30 bundles at least...

It was a good recommendation and a long run for me.

But all good things come to an end ....once the
"C-Bid S.E.C.R.E.T." went VIRAL and everybody started bidding up to retail around 2013-14??? Or near thereabouts?
