I've been eagerly waiting to compare last year's Great Divide Claymore Scotch Ale (R) with this year's newly labeled bottles (L). The flavors of the Wee Heavy brew paired very well with a La Aroma de Cuba.

I see a Christmas gift from the East. Well, any difference between old and new?

I believe in being thorough, and to not judge just by tasting one.
After drinking a few of each, I can honestly say I couldn't tell the difference… hiccup!

Scottish ale is one of my favorite beer styles. Probably third to Belgian Tripel/Quad, and Barleywines (of which a quad or Scottish could also be categorized)
