The guy that gets the card is a jerk, shakes his head no and points the deaf mute to go back.
A few holes later the jerk is standing in the fairway and gets hit in the back by a golf ball.
He turns around ticked and sees the deaf mute holding up four fingers.

FOUR ! ! !, yells Joe, and then proceeds to go look for his ball.
When he and his caddy get to the other fairway, they see another golfer laying flat on his back with Joe's ball implanted squarely on his forehead.
The caddy says, 'Holy schitt ! Whatta ya gonna do, Joe ?"
Joe says . . .
"Well, I think if I fade a 7 iron . . ."
