It’s currently 15 degrees in south Louisiana. Normally it snows once every 7 years or so. We got about an inch of snow last night. About 5 inches one day last month. Thanks Chicken Little oops I mean Al Gore.

no expert here, not sure what parts or any are correct, but pretty sure extreme weather of all kinds is part of it.

you're experiencing days of weather, the scientists who believe are talking climate..two different things.

How are ya Anth?!!!

Yeah.

Weather can only be used to PROVE global warming.

Ask the Boston Mayor.

Even if the earth got warmer we still have awesome barrier, ****, and levee technology. In addition more areas would become farmable allowing more people to live. A democrat's worst nightmare.

Doing great Frankie T. Busy as I can be.

Drove to Baton Rouge this morning to look at a couple upcoming jobs. Passed a vehicle in the ditch about every mile or so.

Ran my truck in 4x4 Auto. The only sliding I did was intentional.

About to head out in a few minutes to go look at another job.

It's almost always in the mid-80's out here.

But last night, with the wind and rain earlier... it got down to 78!! I wasn't deterred, I still sat out on the Vets Hall patio and had a couple of cigars after midnight, after work.

Anthony, while no one enjoys a good joke more than me, you have got to relies that we have a lot of not-so-gifted people that really don't get that pollution effects the environment. They really do think that a cold day is evidence that the globe is not heating up from the green house gases. There are more people with drag marks on there knuckles than we think.

And they have friends that see these witticisms and decide that there is no world hunger because Micky-D's is having a two for one sale.

Sorry about you weather though - not real typical for south LA....

It's funny.

Our climate is in a warming trend.
But liberals need to point out things like this. Even when (if) they're expected.

And at the end of the day, nobody can say whether a warmer earth would be a good or bad thing.
I mean, will half a degree definitely be a negative? And if so, would we be equally worried if the world were heading in global Ice Age where the world was half a degree cooler?
Are we so sure that a swing in either direction is definitely bad?

But in the meantime we'll mortgage our children's future (fact) because climate change MIGHT be caused by taxable man-made actions (speculation).

The "debate" is just a smoke screen.
Nobody cares about the facts unless they're easy to understand like average temperature during a calendar year.

The earth exists.
And it exists TODAY because it has adapted over her 6,000 year existence (calm down. joke).

And species have come and gone. Not because of half a degree. Nor because of an inch change in ocean levels.
Survival of the fittest shows that living creatures and their mother earth are resilient.

Make laws to protect the environment from those who rape it. I will sing that tune every day.

But don't assume I'm a stupid lemming and tell me that my taxes will curb global climate changes and that this is a necessary thing. Because the only thing that it will definitely do is take my money. With zero guarantee that it will curb a temperature curve. And zero guarantee that if we don't it will be bad for the earth.

Rant off.
