Kierstjen Nielsen, the Secretary of Homeland Security, when asked if she was aware that Norway is a predominately white country, replied, "I actually do not know that, sir...but I imagine that is the case."

This is very basic knowledge, something one would expect someone in her position to know, since she must make evaluations and decisions regarding potential threats to our country from outside sources.

Nielsen is among Trump's "all the best people," and another of his suck-ups who are willing to sacrifice their credibility to defend their boss.

While funny I don't actually see much of an issue with this woman.

Of all of the orange f$$ktard's appointments, she actually has experience in the department she was appointed to head. And her answer isn't as dumb as everyone likes to imply it is...

She did say "I imagine that is the case"... she just equivocated a little bit. Essentially she said "I don't know the precise ethnic makeup of Norway, but I suspect it's mostly white".

Guess she has never watched the Olympics, Winter or Summer...and maybe didn't pay attention during her geography/history/social studies classes, and has lived in a very closed environment...

There really wasn't a need to equivocate on that specific fact...other than it happened while she was defending Trump's statements during the meeting when the "sh*ithole " comments were made and had been queried about her "memory." She was obviously in defensive mode. This causes me to have some questions about her judgment under pressure...will she be able to ascertain the difference between truth, facts and made-up stuff and real or false threats in crisis situations?

About 99% easily................................................. and they also demonstrate how a rich homogeneous all white society can successfully implement socialism where others haven't. Does Trump really want to import socialists?

No, it was her performance under pressure, not the color of the skin of Norwegians, that is at issue here. She is either very uninformed, or unwilling to concede what is a known fact, or unable to answer basic questions while under duress...not a great characteristic for someone with those responsibilities.

she didn't want to make the case for trump saying white imports rather than black/brown imports, so she lied.

The question was so easy it may as well have been rhetorical.
