it is possible that some candidates are willing to conspire with other governments to help them win...

it is also possible that some foreign governments may align themselves with a candidate, and without that candidate's knowledge and authorization, conduct campaign efforts on behalf of their chosen one to help him/her win...

Tulsi doesn't stand a chance, but I'm glad there is an anti-war voice in the race. She's the least terrible of all the Dem candidates IMO.
