So I won my first bid and I have it setup to process every Tuesday does that mean I will be charged Tuesday? I see my won bid but don’t see it in orders or anything and haven’t been charged yet.

It will charge and process/ship on Tuesday. Depending on where you live it might get there by Friday. I usually pay an extra couple of bucks to upgrade it on ups to arrive a day or two early since it will complete the delivery instead of handing off to the post office for completion.
On Tue, this and any other lots you win by then will be combined into an order, charged, and shipped.

You see the news today? It was a new UPS driver's very first day on the job and some crazed criminal hijacked his UPS truck with him still in it and led the cops on a highway chase culminating in an apparent shootout between cops and the criminal during the course of which the criminal, a bystander, and the UPS driver were killed.
Doesn't get any worse than that for a first day on the job!
