I don't know what's up. The platinum club line has been wide open all day, so I don't know why you can't get through. You did sign up for platinum club? Didn't you?

Normally I’d pile on...............but truth is, they are swamped, while being short handed, and trying to maintain social distancing while picking orders, etc.

Not a recipe for typical delivery times, Platinum Member or not.

I have an order presently at pipesandcigars.com (same company as cbid)............at 7 days.........it’s still processing.

Not going to call.........no point.

Been ordering from their various outlets for 10+ years, and the few issues I’ve had were quickly resolved.

don't bother calling their number, it also sucks as i'm on hold for 30 minutes again. THAT'S UNREASONABLE FOR ANY BUSINESS!!!!! Does anybody know of another cigar company with quicker service?

I have mentioned multiple times that I am not here to acquire any free cigars. I still feel guilt about the few bombs that were sent to me. And I am not ready to trade with anyone. I do not have the kind of stock that anyone would appreciate, except for Puddin, and he’s not dumb enough to get involved. When I am ready, I will make it known. Somebody please read this to Palama, as I know he can’t read. And poke him in the forehead a few times to make sure he understands. I know sometimes he has difficulty…
