I did quick buy to buy 2 cigar boxes(only 2 boxes were available), and for some reason it did the order twice. I'm unsure why it did this, but I only placed the order once. Hopefully because there were only 2 available it doesn't double charge me, but something errored in the process of quick buying.

Your best option is to call official number to sort this...(if you live in US). Bare in mind that its labor day, so better call in Monday...

If you can`t use the phone(like me) then...just pray 🙏 that someone replies to you via contact form...

If you have duplicate issues, you should make duplicate threads here on the forums. Two is always better than one. It get's you noticed faster.

I called, and apparently they are so overloaded that the system glitched out. I was just worried about being charged twice, but apparently they took care of it.

I almost called them after my last order which was 15 cigars short, but then I noticed I had a package en route, It was those missing cigars. Maybe we should all stop buying cigars for a month so they can get a break and get caught up.
