Not CI, not Cbid. It's from the Facebook page of that other CIGAR site that for some reason we cannot mention here that has the same owner, the same cigars, the same warehouse, the same... well you get it by now

Attention to our cigar enthusiasts: Our customer service department is temporarily closed due to a systems outage. We’re working diligently to resolve this matter and will be open as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused.

I have been on hold for three days trying to get clarification about this message. No one is answering though.

I should have just PM'd Celtic. Again.

"Systems outage" is code for "case of the Rona" or they forgot to put the BLM sign in the window.

RIP customer service.

Either way, it great that Celtic is able to work remotely and handle all the customer service issues that arise.

It's amazing the work CelticBomber has done through all this. Cbid would be WAY worse without him.

I take full responsibility. I ordered another 5 for $5 sampler from them. It was shipped and delivered on time. I really apologize for breaking the system by order a 2nd sampler. What do I win? I mean... What's my punishment?
they forgot to put the BLM sign in the window.
Why is everyone putting up signs supporting the Bureau of Land Management (blm.gov) lately? Very strange!
