Tex! Has it been two years already?

Traditionally, the second-anniversary gift is cotton. This versatile material represents both comfort and strength. Like threads of cotton woven together, so too will your marriage become more interconnected in time.

Perhaps our new friend has been living in a cave for a year? He's obviously unaware that there has been a pandemic (whether you believe it is an actual pandemic or a ginormous over-reaction is immaterial) and many customer service representatives are working from home.

Patience... it is a virtue in which I am sorely lacking for most things. Fishing and waiting for cigars to arrive... and hopefully soon training a new dog to be an obedient friend of the fam-damily.

Call on a cell phone... put it on speaker... go about your bidness until somebody (finally!) answers. Prolly gonna take at least an hour.

Surprised no one has suggested that you PM CelticBomber with your Customer Service questions and concerns. He has been the go to person for help since this whole pandemic started,

Howdy partner, you sound like a good egg so I’ll do something I don’t normally do. The owner of CBid is named Dave and he really likes taking care of the long time members when we occasionally have issues (Kristi not checking our Platinum Member™️ status).

Call (214) 914-3337 between 9-5 central time and ask for Dave, tell him jaderose sent you and he’ll get you squared away!

Hope you mosey on around more often and share some whimsical southern charm again.

Dude has been on Death Row for decades... and he's housed in R. J. Donovan state prison in San Diego.

Jim Carroll? I searched the name cause I hadn't heard of him and says he died already. No mention of prison time either.

Jim Carroll wrote Basketball Diaries before he was known for his music.

The book was far better than the movie.

Gotta agree with Clint on this one... frank, you're thinking of Jim Varney, not Jim Carroll... and it wasn't basketball diaries, it was Ernest goes to summer camp... and the movie was way better than the book...
