Love my Blackstone griddle. May be my favorite outdoor cook tool.

I like the Blackstone and may get one eventually but I wanted a little more versatility. I found a dude selling a like new 2 burner Camp Chef Explorer with full griddle attachment and a few other goodies for 150 bucks. I use the griddle mostly but can take it off to fry chicken or whatever in a pan. I haven't cooked a meal in the house since I got NOR have I fired up any charcoal. I LOVE this thing.

Speaking of cheddar brats,
I just bought a big pack of smoked cheddar and jalapeño ones.
I'm afraid to be more than a few minutes run from the terlit.
Reminds me that I need to clean my burners. Nothing better than a filet cooked med-rare in a smoking hot cast iron skillet with a nice dollop of maitre’ de butter. Can’t do it inside because it takes forever to desmoke the kitchen.

This is exactly why I wanted an outdoor burner. This and fried chicken.
