Have you tried CelticBomber he works with customers that come on the forum to help them out. Send him a PM with your order info and problem and he should be able to help. It usually takes him a day or two. It really depends if he is working in the shop or in his office in the warehouse. Really good guy has helped me a few times in the past when I have had problems.

I have the same problem my order from last week stills shows as Processing, and no one has answered the phone since last Tuesday.

Sleepover you have two choices:

1) PM Selltick Bummer (stePHan)

2) call Dave. Dave owns CBid and occasionally will help CBid forum members out when they run into issues. Call (214) 914-3337 Monday-Friday 9-4 Central and ask for Dave, tell him you’re friends with jaderose from the CBid forums and what issues you’re having and he’ll get you all fixed up quicker than DrafterX can eat a ham sandwich and twice as kosher.
