Wasn't this bad before. What happened? When? How can one actually get their order?

I did msg this person, seems like it's a prank.

But tell me, waiting 50 minutes is not normal. I have called four times over the week, I have two shipments that arent moving and daily getting emails to contact them.

Plan on devoting at least an hour on hold to get through. Once through, your problems WILL be solved (well, your cigar related ones at least).

Other option is to cancel the charge with your CC and move on to a different online retailer.
