Arguably the greatest punter in NFL history.

Saw him at the Hula Bowl in 1973. He kicked the chit outta the ball. When he kicked it, the sound of the ball was so different than anything I had ever heard. The “thud” sounded like the ball was gonna burst.

Took too long for him to be elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Yep, he set the standard for punters back in the day.

Another punter that was awesome was Reggie Roby. He didn't even have to "hop"... just pure lower body strength and boot the pig skin 40+ yards with a great hang time. (Rumor has it, he wore a watch and timed his hang time for each punt).
