I'm trying to find out if there is a property tax difference between
RM = Multi Family zoning
RS1 = Single Family Residential zoning
RS2 = Single Family Residential zoning

I know there is a difference in
CG = General Commercial zoning
and
IL = Light Industrial zoning

I am leaning to having to be a tax $$ amount difference between the RM and the RS zoning?
