Only small cigars have an excise tax in PA. Now, however, I'm showing $1.95 per stick. Yesterday, I won bids with NO excise tax. There's no phone or online help. Any suggestions on how to work around this error?

My doctor said I need to excise more and eat better. I didn't know some states were taxing people over it though. Must be a public health emergency thing...

I think if you just do 30 minutes of cardio excise a few times a week you should be exempted.

In two sentences.... A penalty paid to the government by those that work and invest which is then redistributed to those that don't. It's also used to funnel money into pork projects that the government deems necessary for the common good of society (both nationally and internationally) while they skim off the top to line their wallets.
