What’s the average wait time when calling the support number? I need to get an issue with my order resolved so I can get my smokes!! lol

Nope I’m pushing a hour on hold now. Sent in a support ticket about three weeks ago never got a reply from that. So far the cigars I’ve gotten have been good but I’m beginning to believe the reviews that say customer service is non existent lol.

Did get an answer. Nice lady answered the phone and took care of the issues. It did take a while to get through but once I reached someone the service was great!

The service is great. Getting through to someone in Customer Service sucks donkey balls.

The company used to have good cigars at good prices, now they got crap, the decent cigars they have are at MAP pricing (F that) and since the Swedes took over... they ain't gettin' my money. I'm just here for the entertainment.
