No tomato on the cheese burger. I don't like tomato as a condiment. No mustard, no mayo, no ketchup. I don't like those condiments either. Just a cheeseburger, pickle lettuce, onion on a butter grilled bun. Could have added some bacon but didn't feel like frying up some bacon.

Crock pot will be cooking some pasta sauce tomorrow with hot Italian sausage, some burger, onion, garlic, peppers (hot and sweet).

If a couple plays went a different way, the Pack would be playing next week. But it didn't happen so they wont.

It was a pretty good season for a bunch of young kids cutting their teeth in the NFL. Hopefully they can continue with the momentum next year.

Happy Sunday folks.

My damn aching knee kept me awake most of the night. Apparently, it didn't like the 17K steps I did yesterday. Funny how it can feel worse when I'm NOT putting weight on it then when I am.

Don't forget the burpees!

Dog walk was 29 degrees. Sweats, hooded sweatshirt, leather jacket, beanie and gloves. Toes, fingers and nose were froze... but I survived.
