June 19...arrived a week later, so they rested 2 weeks in the humi...that's about as long as I can wait for something I want to try...I've found that some Tats seem to be at their best soon after they're made...

I'm hoping the Corojos get better and develop a little more complexity...the cedar and cinnamon were very sharp, without the balance and background flavors of the old Camachos...
