Joey B. is pretty bad at history.
For one, he keeps declaring that proposition nation myth thing about America being founded on an ideeya, as he bastardizes the meaning of Jefferson's words in the Declaration of Independence.

He also seems to confuse the American Revolutionary War with the War to Prevent Southern Independence, that "civil war" that Biden has said was the greatest threat to democracy before the Jan. 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol by supporters of Donald Trump.

Yesterday, he chose to bestow the Medal of Honor on 2 long-forgotten Yankee spies dressed in civilian clothing who helped hijack a locomotive in the Confederacy during Lincoln's illegal war against sovereign states. Do you know what happens to the spies who get caught stealing and destroying property? U.S. Army Pvts. Philip G. Shadrach and George D. Wilson were captured by Confederates and executed by hanging.

Biden went so far as to say, they were “fighting and even dying to preserve the union and the sacred values it was founded upon: freedom, justice, fairness, unity.” and "Phillip and George were willing to shed their blood to make these ideayas real,” A lot of fluffy words.
If we were to believe this then the soldiers of the British Crown must have been also righteously fighting and even dying in their war against those Colonial insurrectionist rebels to preserve the ideayas of the British union.

Mencken on the Civil War:

"The Gettysburg speech was at once the shortest and the most famous oration in American history...the highest emotion reduced to a few poetical phrases. Lincoln himself never even remotely approached it. It is genuinely stupendous. But let us not forget that it is poetry, not logic; beauty, not sense. Think of the argument in it. Put it into the cold words of everyday. The doctrine is simply this: that the Union soldiers who died at Gettysburg sacrificed their lives to the cause of self-determination -- that government of the people, by the people, for the people, should not perish from the earth. It is difficult to imagine anything more untrue. The Union soldiers in the battle actually fought against self-determination; it was the Confederates who fought for the right of their people to govern themselves."

They’ve released the transcript of Biden’s speech today…

Mankind -- that word should have new meaning for all of us today.

We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore.

We will be united in our common interests.

Perhaps its fate that today is the 4th of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom, not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution -- but from annihilation.

We're fighting for our right to live, to exist.

And should we win the day, the 4th of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world declared in one voice:

"We will not go quietly into the night!

We will not vanish without a fight!

We're going to live on!

We're going to survive!"

Today, we celebrate our Independence Day!
