As for years, About 1979 we moved from Orange County California to the absolutely most humid place ever, Bay City in the Gulf Coast of Texas, surrounded by swamps and rice fields. After eight+ years we moved to South Carolina, not exactly the dry SW, but a lot less humid and hot than our Texas location.

As a person who spent his first 58 years being chronically underhydrated, can feel the difference 64 plus ounces of water makes. Mor e when it is hot and humid.

I drink way more than 64oz water per day. Probably close to 200oz if not more.

I went through 4 gallon jugs of drinking water over the weekend at the race track from noon Friday to 8am Sunday. And several cans of diet soda, a few unsweetened iced teas with lemon.

Good morning everyone. Got Monday started with an hour-long thunderstorm ride into work with all the idiot driver fixin's to go along with it. Now its beautifully clear and 76 on its way to 98. Humidity feels nice and low today, so it might just be enjoyably hot later.

Mornin' dudes...

I drink at least 5 of those 16.8 oz water bottles every day, so 84 ounces at a minimum. More if I am outside much.

I don't partake of alcohol on the daily. Been cutting back on the amount I have when I do partake. Just too hard on the body now that I'm a senior citizen... almost.

Morning folks. Just got back from the last vacation and looking at another week of near 110+ each day. Musta had a storm while away as the pool is a mess and the pump while running is not drawing a vacuum for the in pool vac to sweep. Which one of youse clogged up da works? 🤦

Good Monday Afternoon to All! Coffee, breakfast, lunch done, Drove over to a work buddies house to pick up an antique lathe and associated parts. It's got a flat belt drive system. It's strapped down in the back of my truck waiting to go to another buddies house for refurbishment. He's an actual machinist and likes restoring old equipment.

The sad part, I found out our old neighbor, a retired submariner and super good guy has a bad heat. His Doc said he had three choices, hospice, a transplant or a mechanical heart. He chose the heart pump, didn't want to "waste" a good hero on an older 65'ish guy. 😰 If you can spare a prayer or even some good juju he could use it. 😣
