Hi,
I won a box of cigars 2 weeks ago and they haven’t shipped yet and no one has replied to my email.
Is there a minimum order before shipped?
Any help is appreciated.

Aim having a bit of an issue as well. I made an order over a week ago now and the package has gone MIA. Supposedly it's been sitting in the USPS facility 30 mins away from me for 48 hours now. Not sure what to do right now.
