Based on text messages leaked local LEO’s on duty at the event where Trump was shot knew about him an hour and a half before the shooting took place. One of them even mentioned that he was pointing range finder at the stage.

Depending on best practices and agreed upon areas of responsibility this may vindicate the SS.

BTW the former SS Director is still an idiot for claiming the slope of the roof prevented the SS from securing that roof. She should have never said that but deferred until all initial reports were in and properly digested.

It is inconceivable that the Republican 2024 presidential nominee who also is president #45 was shot. I do not have a better word than malfeasance yet that word seems insufficient due to the magnitude of this assault. If ever there was a time for a special prosecutor to investigate this is it. We desperately need the truth to be found and given to the American public. Perhaps there is much more at stake than there appears to be. A dead man tells no tales. This feels very similar to the JFK assassination. How could this particular individual have accomplished this?

Apparently it’s now come out that the SS’s drone surveillance system was over 2 hours late coming online due to a bandwidth issue. They relied on local cellular networks that were overloaded when the SS tried to initialize them. Well before the actual event the SS should have conducted simulations to predict the feasibility of using them. The network providers should have been able to provide them with usage trends and capacity as well as uptime statistics. Attendance could have been predicted based on venue size and past crowd size at recent events.

Looks like plenty of blame to go around. As more and more information becomes available it’s going to be interesting to see where other failures, if any, occurred. Members of Congress are getting antsy and want people fired. Some heads probably should roll. But, need to make sure the right heads roll.
