Is there a reserve price set on free fall auctions??

FF works like this….

The “Drop” (the dollar amount the item “freefalls”) is always the same amount

The “Start” (the starting price of the item) always changes, but on rare occasions you will get back to back identical starting prices.

Thus, the “Reset” (the lowest price before a particular FF item ends, and then restarts) is always different, except in the rare occasions when the Start was the same, OR when someone clicks BUY, which will also reset the FF action.

So the trick is to simply do some math and figure out the Drop, then watch an item for 10 rounds or so, and you will get an idea as to the lowest reset, by looking for the lowest Start price.
The difference between the lowest and highest FF price is rarely more than 15%.

Everyone must decide what price they’re happy with. When I really want to buy a box, I usually try to take it at approximately $1 above the lowest price I’ve seen in a fifteenth minute observation. A dollar doesn’t get my nose out of joint and I’m always happy with the price I pay. Others may get a better deal than me and to that I say congratulations. Well done! It’s not a competition for me. That’s just my thought on the FF.

There's nothing on this site that I want to smoke, to be quite honest. At least not for the right price. All the stuff I like is more expensive here than elsewhere. Hell, I can get Padron's and Fuente's at a local B&M for less.

If or when Florida puts an excise tax on cigars your prices will increase dramatically.
