I'll start with the fact CIGARBID is awesome. As a Canadian in a border town, who travels to the great US of A as often as I can, love the deals, selection, service, etc...
All that said, couple things have gotten me.
1- PLEASE tie the credit card to the billing address instead of us having to pick them each separately. I get that it's user error, but if I select a certain credit card, it tends to be linked to the address as a set, like all other shopping sites. I've had a couple cases where I picked the card (like other sites) and then picked where I wanted it shipped to (often different because I travel to places I regularly go to, BUT I forget I also have to pick the BILLING address even after selecting the CC. Again, user error, but I also understand for customer service this isn't rare. Software/ site changes and it's fixed... Or PayPal which handles both.
2- picking a Monday "DATE" by virtue of daily, is usually because I want them ASAP. But yet on the Monday, I get the email with "expect delivery" of the following Tuesday (i.e. 8 days later due to weekends). I travel, and dont often spend more than a week (again my problem), but if you could add an option for slightly better deliver (say $10 for 2-day or 3-day courier on a $200-300 order won't kill me), it would be super handy. The boxes aren't heavy, so it's probably decent pricing, especially on the volume CB would have).
If you don't happen to get a benefit from these, no need to comment, but if I'm not alone or if there are other continuous improvement opportunities to share with our great supplier of sticks, chime in! 🙂
