It depends. The question is What problem are they trying to solve?

The weigh the unintended consequences.

In my corporate experience, there were four different and distinct categories infomation.

Secret (sometiimes even full denial of there even being a secret).
Some Visibilty.
Visibility.
Transparency.

If the problem they want to solve is to be transparent, then you open it all up.

If the full truth is going to pull the country apart, it becomes a difficult decision. And who determines that?

My guess is this will be more like a Some Visibility thing.

We'll know if the president goes beyond that. There will be a fourth consiracy to discuss.
