An FBI vehicle had a compromised tire, needed it repaired or replaced.
Because of the high tech equipment in the vehicle, the FBI guy had to remain in the vehicle during the repair.

Too bad I wasn't there. Would have asked him what he knew about haRRisbUrg and if he was in the gang-stalking unit.

Most importantly, I'd demand he return all of Jonsie's cash back to his hUt.
