To answer your question, no specific cut off for bidding, all lots have a starting & ending date & time shown. View the lot you want to bid on, check on the ending date & time and bid on. Desired way to bid is set your limit on what you want to pay for the ceegars and you will be notified when auction is over. I myself have very good luck in Free Fall auction, just be patient and watch the pricing for a short time until the best deal shows and submit your bid.
