Answered their confirmation emails and sent ID several times. Called yesterday and transferred to ID verification team only to end up at voicemail with no returned call as of today.

The entire CS Dept is busy redesigning this wonderful new website.

I did it about a week or two ago because I moved to Delaware, and they require it. It was kinda a clutter. I submitted a picture of my driver's license several times, etc., but kept getting kicked back to step 1 without any confirmation that anything had gone through. I did it a couple of times then gave up. Something must have gone through because they sent me the cigars. Hopefully, they are also revamping that part of their website.

I told them to cancel my order as the wait time was unacceptable. The order is cancelled, but not sure if it was in response to my request or my approval time ran out. Poor way to run a business but it is what it is.

I've sent them a photo of my ID three times now. Apparently, they'd rather lose my business than actually address the problem.

It's a shame for them, since I've been doing business with them for many years, and spent thousands of dollars, but if they won't let my orders out, or respond to my emails, there's not much I can do.

They're not the only place online that sells cigars.

It's the same for me.
I sent them my ID twice and no news since then. Got my order cancelled apparently.
It's a shame for that great site to have a poor customer service like that.
