Account deleted and closed! Did several thousands of $ with CB in a very short time filling my guest/vacation house walk-in humidor. Plenty of room left but I can't do business with a company that ignores a valuable customer making no effort to make it right. Can't complain about them otherwise did a good job on many orders. I found other resources to replace CB. So there it is. Good luck to all and enjoy one tonight....

Not sure what happened, but I had an issue with a missing order and was resolved with customer service within a couple days. Forum change STINKS, but was able to speak with cs rep within minutes of calling. Sorry to read.🥺

I’mma sure you exhausted all your options with Customer Service, right? And I’mma sure you checked with the carrier too, right? If so and unsatisfied with responses from both, I’mma sure you filed a claim with your credit card company, right?

But one thing that leaves me perplexed. Iffin’ you closed and deleted your account, how did you post your message? Then again, doesn’t matter. You’ll probably never read nor respond to this post anyway.

Good guess Palama- how would he post if he deleted and closed his account - I do wonder what he did first. Actually I'm curious as to what the unresolved problem was.
