Well, so much for having a week to resolve any disputes with your order. I placed an order that should’ve shipped last Thursday. I got an email requesting to verify my age. I have been trying to resolve that issue all week. I think I finally have that issue resolved now. But guess what, the two ashtrays I had ordered are now on backorder and I will probably never get them. So again so much for having a week to resolve any disputes! This is very, very, very frustrating.

That's the first I've heard of an ashtray being on backorder. Who knew ?
